The building sector accounts for a substantial amount of energy consumption, resulting in higher carbon emissions and environmental impact worldwide. Electrification efficiency systems can be the key to decarbonization buildings. This research proposes new heating cooling loops consisting heat pumps lower natural gas usage systems. Typical chillers boilers are replaced with serve loads maintain thermal comfort building. In addition, optimal supply air temperature (SAT) reset strategy is also implemented proposed configuration better system performance. A large multi-zone office simulated as case study measure conventional system’s electricity consumption design. Even that use source, reduced by 3.3% 11.8% different climate zones system. On other hand, 10.2% 67% consumed when SAT utilized. emission 10.8% 38% compared results show design optimization lead significant cost savings conjunction emissions.
